About the role

A Senior Analyst of the Transaction Support division will have the responsibility for delivering due diligence projects for M&A transactions, working directly below the leadership team or a manager as part of the project team. Skillset requirements include critical thinking, planning, financial analysis, good Excel skills and concise presentation of outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction support - execution of buy side and sell side due diligence projects (including planning, analysis, interviews, building databook and report writing)
  • Due diligence as an Investigating Accountant for IPOs
  • Forecast reviews
  • Coach junior team members
About you
Education Requirements
  • Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
  • Completed CA or equivalent
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
  • 3-4 years' experience in transaction support, corporate finance, or auditing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet and work towards deadlines
