About the Role

As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store representing a full range of high-profile clients. You will work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising, and completing Planograms to a high standard. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships within your stores and collaborate with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers.

You will need to have a flexible approach as work schedules can change with short notice, and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow strict OH&S guidelines
  • Manage product stock levels, placement, and ticketing in line with client expectations
  • Execute planograms and relay compliance
  • Build displays and erect Point-of-sale materials
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store personnel
  • Report accurately using your own smart device
  • Manage time effectively and work under pressure

Role Requirements

  • You must be over 18 and have full Australian working rights
  • Reside in the advertised area or surrounding suburbs
  • Hold a current State Driver's Licence and have a reliable, roadworthy vehicle
  • Be physically fit, capable of bending, lifting, and carrying stock up to 16 kg
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong planning skills
  • Own a smart device for reporting purposes
