Overview

Responsibilities
  • You'll actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that customers will remember.
  • You'll be an advocate for BWS loyalty programs by letting customers know about benefits and product offerings.
  • You'll ensure stock is available on shelves so customers have access to the best choices.
  • You'll maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
  • You'll uphold service of alcohol guidelines.
  • You'll be yourself and bring your energy to the team.
About You / Qualifications
  • Ability to talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide an engaging experience.
  • Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.
  • Willingness to grow your career within a larger business.
  • Active lifestyle and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Desire to leave a positive imprint in any role you grow into.
