Canberra Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse Level 3.1 to join the Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) Care Navigator team in Canberra. You will provide expert guidance, coordinate tailored support, connect people with appropriate services and resources, and be a key contact across the ACT region.
