We're looking for someone who's curious, collaborative, and confident with data. Whether you're building dashboards, deep-diving into a business challenge, or spotting opportunities in a sea of data—your work will drive real change for real people.
What makes this role special?
Impact at scale: Help shape services that support thousands of people across Australia.
Growth mindset: We've got a well-developed AI roadmap and a culture that supports experimentation.

Room to grow: Whether you want to go deeper into analytics or start exploring data science, this is a great place to learn and evolve.
What you'll do

- Partner with product managers, operations, and other stakeholders to explore opportunities and inform decisions.
- Identify and solve real-world problems through structured analysis and compelling storytelling.
- Design new reports and uplift existing ones, helping operations teams move toward self-service insights.
- Stay close to product and business developments, outlining data implications for new features and processes.
- Ensure all analysis aligns with Mable's privacy and security policies.
- Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-rich analytics culture, learning from your peers
- You've got 1–2 years experience in data analysis with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- You're fluent in SQL and comfortable transforming and structuring data to get what you need.
- You know your way around Tableau or a similar data viz tool and can build beautiful, useful dashboards.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders—whether in a meeting or a slide deck.
- You love solving messy problems and thrive in ambiguity.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and understand how to influence without authority.
- Experience with Python (especially PySpark) and familiarity with Databricks.
- Exposure to machine learning projects or working closely with data scientists.
- Git knowledge or experience with version control in a data context.
