Role Description

This is a casual or part-time, flexible role within our 5 clinic locations - Sinnamon Park, Oxley, Sherwood, Fairfield or Highgate Hill, QLD. The Growlife Medical Paediatric Dietitian will provide dietetics services, including nutritional counselling, medical nutrition therapy, and patient education programs within a multidisciplinary general practice. The role involves assessing and addressing the nutritional needs of paediatric patients, developing personalised nutrition plans, and educating patients and families individually and in group settings. Experience in introducing and managing food allergies, fussy eating, introducing solids, tracking appropriate child growth, and enteral nutrition is highly desirable.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master\'s level dietetic qualification
  • Maintain credentialling as an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
  • Experience in paediatric nutrition is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of, and commitment to, health promotion principles and practices
  • Ability to provide appropriate services to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and with complex health and social issues
  • Computer literacy, including electronic patient management systems, MS Office, internet and email
  • Individual and group presentation skills
  • Current working with children check (Blue Card)
