On the heels of market expansion and growth, Resonate is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support our clients. Resonate is an Australian scale-up organization with an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages advanced technologies such as machine learning, text analytics, and data visualization to deliver actionable insights to leading companies. The company boasts a range of flagship customers and increasing brand recognition in the industry.

A day in the life of a Customer Success Manager includes:

  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by understanding platform usage and identifying gaps
  • Driving platform usage through outreach to end users
  • Engaging with relevant stakeholders and ensuring effective communication
  • Collaborating with marketing and implementation teams to pass relevant information
  • Understanding customer business challenges and how our platform addresses them
  • Upselling and cross-selling to grow revenue
  • Managing existing customer renewals

Minimum requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or customer service with enterprise clients
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proven track record of renewals and upselling
  • Ability to build strong client and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Creative problem-solving skills and solution orientation
