OverviewThe Information Management (IM) team within NSW Resources are on the lookout for their next Project Manager. Reporting to the Manager Strategy and Projects, you will work within NSW Resources, providing leadership and oversight to project teams (including internal and external project staff) to deliver milestones and outcomes for NSW Resources Information Management projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing project plans.
- Ensuring projects maintain scope whilst being delivered on time and within budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Providing regular project updates.
- Managing project resources, including personnel and budget.
- Developing and maintaining all necessary project documentation.
- Proven track record in project management within an ICT discipline (preferably software).
- Strong understanding of procurement and contract management.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and advanced stakeholder management abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of project governance and risk management.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and proficiency in project management tools.
