At The Reject Shop, we are on a mission to make shopping a fun and exciting experience, and we are looking for a retail superstar to join our team as the Bench Store Manager at our Logan Central store.

Responsibilities include leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service by setting the standard through personal interactions, addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your mission will include:

  • Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
  • Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
  • Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure.
  • Solving challenges with strong problem-solving and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Delivering business objectives.
