Evolution Surgical is a pioneering Australian MedTech company dedicated to advancing the field of spine surgery. We are based in Lane Cove Business Park, with easy access to public transport (bus).

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days a week, pro-rata salary), reporting to the Finance Manager.

Main Duties :

  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments
  • Manage credit card reconciliations and sundry accounts
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Support some month-end procedures
  • Help develop scalable accounts payable processes
  • Distribute AR statements and follow up on outstanding payments
