Retail Store Manager

The Role :
We are recruiting for a Retail Store Manager with a well-known national brand retailer.
You'll have full end-to-end store management responsibilities including sales, customer experience, budget, managing retail standards, stock, rosters, loss prevention, and safety. You'll be a 'hands-on' leader, working with your team, checking in, keeping your finger on the pulse, building team capability, fostering a positive store culture, and course-correcting when needed.
About You :
You're a hands-on leader capable of understanding the store environment, defining success, formulating a plan, and motivating your team to achieve it.
You can articulate what 'good' looks like, develop the store culture, and align your team to reach those standards.
You believe that your best work is on the retail floor, working directly with your team, which makes the greatest impact.
