We're on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take the reins of our creative direction and help shape the visual identity of some of the highest-performing agents in the industry. This is a strategic, high-impact role ideal for a seasoned designer with deep expertise, strong leadership capability, and a flair for bold, effective visual storytelling.

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the execution and evolution of visual branding across multiple channels and touchpoints, supporting both our partners and our internal team. You'll work closely with marketing and leadership to ensure that every asset not only looks exceptional—but delivers commercial impact.

This is a unique opportunity to work inside a full-service agency environment while building the visual language for premium real estate brands.

Take full ownership of the design process from concept to execution, across print, digital, and branding.

Lead brand strategy and visual identity development for new agents and businesses.

Oversee and mentor junior design talent, setting a standard for creative excellence and consistency.

Deliver high-quality marketing materials including brochures, signage, social media assets, campaign collateral, merchandise, and web visuals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and agent partners to deliver integrated campaign outcomes.

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for Plum Partners and our agents, ensuring quality and consistency across all materials.

Stay ahead of design trends and industry innovations to keep our creative edge sharp and forward-thinking.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, feedback cycles, and priorities with ease.

5+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within real estate, property marketing, or a fast-paced agency environment.

A compelling portfolio showcasing brand work, campaign design, and multi-channel collateral.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva and Figma experience a plus.

A strong foundation in design principles including layout, composition, typography, and color theory.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Confidence working autonomously and as part of a team, with a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset.

High attention to detail and pride in your craft.

Experience leading or mentoring junior designers is highly regarded.
