Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment as a pick packer
  • Valid forklift license is essential
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 20kg and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (advantageous)
  • Willingness to work in a cold storage environment
Employment details

Location: CHILL, Dandenong South, VIC 3175

Contract Type: Casual employment to start with a view to going permanent after successful probation.

Pre-employment checks: National Police Criminal History Check and Medical Check before commencing employment. You must have the right to live and work in Australia.

Distance and availability: Based within 20 kilometres of Dandenong South and must be available to work on a roster with flexible availability.

Seniority level: Entry level

Pay and Benefits
  • Weekday rates: $34.45 per hour + super + penalties
  • Weekend rates: Applicable penalty rates as per the Storage Services and Wholesale Award
