Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement network designs, including topology, protocols, and security measures, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  2. Monitor network systems regularly, proactively identify issues, and resolve them to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls to protect sensitive data from cyber threats.
  4. Assess network performance, identify improvements, and plan upgrades and expansions to meet organizational needs.
  5. Lead and manage a team of network professionals, providing guidance, training, and support for effective performance.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures for troubleshooting and future enhancements.
  7. Collaborate with vendors for procurement, contract negotiations, and support services.
  8. Diagnose and resolve network issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and performance using diagnostic tools.
  9. Analyze network performance data and implement strategies to optimize bandwidth, throughput, and response times.
  10. Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure network availability and data backup during failures or disasters.
