About the role

As a member of our professional audiologists' team at Audika, you will work independently providing services to HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients. Your responsibilities include conducting hearing assessments, prescribing, fitting, and consulting. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology from various manufacturers, ensuring job satisfaction and improved client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services tailored to a diverse clientele, including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
  • Perform precise hearing assessments to ensure accurate diagnostics.
  • Prescribe and fit hearing aids personalized to individual needs.
  • Participate enthusiastically in local marketing events to raise awareness and promote hearing services.

Ideal candidate

  • Experienced Audiologist / Audiometrist with extensive knowledge of audiology and hearing device products.
  • Qualified Professional (QP) with active membership in a recognized audiological body.
  • Committed to advancing hearing health knowledge and contributing to our mission.
  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful client relationships.
