At Feedwell, we're one of Sydney's fastest-growing corporate catering brands, serving esteemed clients like Google, TikTok, and Louis Vuitton from our central kitchen in the CBD. We are now seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Team Member who takes pride in getting the details right.

About The Role

This role is perfect for someone methodical, thorough, and who values precision. As the final checkpoint before food leaves the kitchen, you'll ensure that every product matches specifications. If you value quality, consistency, and getting things right the first time, you'll thrive in this position.

Your Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM 12:00 AM | Fixed shifts with some flexibility required | Located within walking distance from Townhall in Sydney CBD | Opportunities to transition from casual to permanent for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Visually inspect final products against recipes and standards.
• Check weights, scoop sizes, and ingredient accuracy.
• Taste-check selected ingredients to ensure quality.
• Verify labels for accuracy (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).
• Monitor food safety compliance and log issues.
• Communicate any issues needing attention to team members.
• Report significant concerns to the shift supervisor.
• Document results using our digital Quality Assurance system.

• Prefer a professional, focused workplace environment.
• Work well independently during shifts.
• Are comfortable reporting issues to team members and supervisors.
• Can maintain focus and accountability through repetitive tasks.
• Have experience with food quality assurance or compliance.
• Possess working rights to work approximately 32 hours per week.
• For Visa holders: Have at least 18 months remaining on your visa.
