We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Perth team, a close-knit group of passionate allied health professionals who genuinely care about each other and the community we serve. As a Rehabilitation Consultant here, you’ll be surrounded by colleagues who lift each other up, and you’ll be equipped with tailored training, tools, and mentorship to help you thrive both professionally and personally.

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to structure your day while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals recovering from workplace injury or illness. You'll guide clients through their rehabilitation journey, supporting their return to health, work, and everyday life. This includes delivering tailored occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions, and helping them achieve sustainable recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

Some of your day to day includes:

• Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants toalleviate administrative tasks);
• Partnering with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs and assistthose with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
• Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals across various schemes such as workers compensation,compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
• Prepare timely, high-quality reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning.

You'll be a driven and energetic professional with hopefully all of the qualities below

• Tertiary qualification inPhysiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full or Provisional Professional Registration with AHPRA, Full AASW Membership, Full ASORC Membership or Full ESSA EP Accreditatation
• Fabulous communication skills - there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders;
• Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy;
• It's the kind of career where well developed time management skills are a must & plus;
• A current validDriver’s Licenseand access toown carwithcomprehensive insuranceis a must.
