The Role: Part-time | Camberwell

Ready to make a difference in people's lives? As an Optical Dispenser in our stores, you will play a vital role in our patient journey. Join us and be part of something truly life-changing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescription Pro: Use your expertise to interpret prescriptions accurately, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Frame Styling Specialist: Assist customers in selecting the right lenses and take precise measurements for a perfect fit.
  • Quality Control Expert: Check and adjust spectacles to ensure quality before collection.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Provide excellent customer service, stay updated on promotions, and explain contact lens specs and suitability confidently.

Who Are You?

  • Experience in optics and a customer-focused approach.
  • Opportunities for ongoing training and development; basic to advanced dispensing training provided. A Cert IV in Optical Dispensing is preferred but not essential.
  • Great with people, making customers feel comfortable and supported.
  • Enjoy working in a team and bringing your best every day.
