About The Role

As a member of the professional audiologists' team at Audika, you will work independently providing services to HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients. Your responsibilities include performing hearing assessments, prescriptions, fittings, and consultations. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology from various manufacturers, enhancing your job satisfaction and client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive adult hearing services, including wax removal (training provided if required), tailored to a diverse clientele including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
  • Perform precise hearing assessments to ensure accurate diagnostics.
  • Prescribe and fit hearing aids suited to individual needs.
  • Participate enthusiastically in local marketing events to raise awareness and promote our hearing services.
You will succeed in this role if you are:
  • Experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist with extensive knowledge of hearing device products.
  • Qualified Professional (QP) with active membership in a recognized audiological peak body.
  • Dedicated to advancing hearing health knowledge and contributing to our mission.
  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
