Delivery Driver

Coordinate & manage deliveries to trade customers; build strong relationships through sales & high service standards; customer facing role.

About the role :

Our Driver's typical day isn't just driving and delivering parts, they play a key role in our branch teams. Drivers build strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in a customer-facing role.

Duties include :

1. Coordinate and manage deliveries
2. Ensure a safe work environment
3. Practice safe driving behaviors
4. Deliver high-level customer service
5. Build strong customer bonds
6. Safely deliver parts & products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
7. Actively promote products & marketing activities when delivering products
8. Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and handling customer inquiries

Note: this role will require lifting, bending, climbing, & safe driving/machine operation.

Who we're looking for :

• Ability to multitask and prioritize deliveries based on urgency
• Customer service mindset; ability to build strong customer relationships
• Friendly and knowledgeable
• Comfortable working independently
• Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products
• Always conscious of workplace safety
• Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices
• Hold a current/valid driver's license (manual preferred)
• Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
• Available Mon - Fri with flexibility to work other days if needed
