Regional Care and Compliance Coordinator - North Region

Elderly Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Care and Compliance Coordinator to support our facilities within the North Region, from Brisbane Northside to Bundaberg. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Group Care and Compliance Manager and is key in ensuring our services meet the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

  • Lead and support clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple aged care residences.
  • Conduct internal audits, develop action plans, and mentor facility teams to meet Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate on policy development and implementation, staff training, and onboarding of management and clinical personnel.
  • Assist with investigations and responses for incidents, complaints, coroners' reviews, and regulatory submissions.
  • Prepare and write monthly reports on compliance, quality activities, complaints, and clinical indicators.
  • Participate actively in governance, education, and quality management committees.

What You Must Bring

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 5 years' senior management experience in aged care, such as a Clinical Manager, Facility Manager, or similar role focused on quality and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and clinical governance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the North Region from Brisbane Northside to Bundaberg; a valid driver's license is required.
