Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Booragoon, WA.

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang in Booragoon, WA. Join the fun and enjoy the following benefits:

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
  • Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
About you

  • With demonstrated leadership experience who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values
  • Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
  • With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker – At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience
