What you’ll contribute to

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Service Programs Coordinator to join our Quality & Service division in a permanent fulltime role. The Quality and Service Division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering customer-focused initiatives across customer support, service operations, technical training, product performance, warranty, quality planning, and engineering. The division aims to enhance customer experiences, products, and services, strengthen the Toyota brand, support profitability objectives, and drive long-term customer loyalty and market growth. The Service Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating, administering, and monitoring all aspects of the Toyota Service Advantage (TSA) and Capped Price Service (CPS) programs. The role ensures the effective delivery and ongoing performance of these programs to maximise customer retention, enhance the ownership experience, and deliver optimal value to both TMCA and the Dealer Network. This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Coordinate and maintain service program processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate communication of updates and changes.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of service programs to enhance customer retention and deliver value to Toyota and the Dealer Network.
  • Administer Toyota service programs in line with established program guidelines, including dealer reimbursements, reporting, and system maintenance.
  • Conduct audits and compliance checks to ensure program integrity, financial sustainability, and adherence to approved processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for service programs, providing guidance to dealers and stakeholders, resolving queries, and escalating issues where required.
  • Maintain and analyse program data and reporting systems, delivering accurate insights to support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

Your attributes – If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you

  • Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience coordinating administrative, operational, or customer-focused programs within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other business systems, with strong data entry and data management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience validating data, maintaining records, and ensuring process compliance.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, delivering outcomes within agreed timelines.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, and an understanding of business objectives and customer retention strategies.
