Health Banking Manager – Melbourne will join Teague Wilson and his team, placing the customer at the center of everything you do. Our aim is to be the most customer-centric bank in Australia and New Zealand, prioritising customer needs and satisfaction and fostering innovation and strong relationships.
Responsibilities- Develop a structured sales approach through a needs analysis to frame and drive meaningful customer conversations, deepen relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and referrals across internal and external networks.
- Utilise NAB's CRM to record activities, sales opportunities, and specialist referrals through to completion.
- Assist in writing, processing, and drawdown of lending proposals.
- Proactively manage your personal development and support team development.
- Proactively manage risk; meet policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to processes and procedures; and escalate events, issues or breaches as identified (risk accountability is part of all roles).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared outcomes.
- This is a broker and proprietary hybrid role, with business and home lending requirements.
- Business Development/Sales/Client Acquisition and/or Operations Growth Management, ideally within Banking or Financial Institutions; experience in Health Sector highly desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control.
- A curious mindset to increase share of wallet for customers in the portfolio.
- Tenacity and resilience to increase enterprise value through collaboration with the Business and Private Bank.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to make effective decisions balancing business and stakeholder needs.
