RAC Busselton Holiday Park is an award-winning holiday park, located on the doorstep of Busselton and Dunsborough. This unique park is nestled within 8 hectares of natural bushland but only a short 300-metre stroll to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Geographe Bay. We are currently looking for a casual Housekeeping Supervisor (with the possibility to go full-time) to join our team This role would suit a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - accommodation and meals are available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site. Join our close-knit team in this exciting role and work with hospitality professionals from around the world to offer an unforgettable guest stay experience to our visitors.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities
  • Plan daily room requirements and conduct pre-arrival checks.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.
  • Proactively manage guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service.
  • Train team members.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Minimum 6 months' previous experience working in a Housekeeping Supervisor role
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Computer skills
  • Driver's License is essential
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
