Your Next Big Opportunity | Designer – Interior Design and Architecture

You will be a part of a multidisciplinary design team, working with the leadership of Associate Principals and Principals, that play a critical role in shaping the future of cities, districts, and communities through the integrated design of both urban design and architecture. We believe that truly transformative ideas must be actionable — grounded in delivery, economics, and regulatory reality — while also pioneering innovations for our communities and our industry.

Our knowledge and experience in delivering buildings informs how we approach urban design — ensuring that master plans have a clear path of realization. What You’ll Be Owning

Design Approach

• Craft compelling design narratives, reports, and presentations that clearly articulate design intent.
• Execute detailed drawings, diagrams, design illustrations, and digital models

Design Thinking

• Integrate interior design and architecture insights by applyingeffective best practices in building design, building code, constructability, and development economics into design solutions.

Communication / Project Management

• Engage in clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and team members, incorporating timely feedback into your work.
• Self-manage tasks and coordinate design activities from ideation to resolution, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with project standards.

Self Leadership & Professional Development

• Continuously update your technical skills and design knowledge by staying aware of evolving trends and best practices.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing insights, supporting peer reviews, and taking full ownership of your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture required
• Master’s degree in architecture preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience required
• Interest and/or appreciation for social issues preferred
• Experience in workplace and residential projects preferred
• Awareness of contemporary workplace strategy and design trends

• Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of staff

• Looking for someone who can contribute to both project delivery and design thinking
• Can contribute across the full design process, from visioning and briefing through to documentation and delivery
• Is confident communicating ideas through sketches, visualisation, presentations and storytelling
• Wants to be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary design studio
