The Role:

Bound offers a best in class book offer to browse before boarding your flight. With a wide range of genres including the Top 50 fiction, children’s, business, lifestyle; and special interest titles, you can browse in the comfort in our seating area. Looking for a special gift? We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our retail family at Brisbane Airport in a Full-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.

Ideal availability:

• Mon/Tues - Night availability
• Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun - Full availability (at least

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver standout customer experiences - lead by example
• Guide and support your team to meet service and sales targets
• Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team
• Bring accountability, reliability, and positivity to every shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a team leadership role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting
• Confident communicator and motivator
• A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
• Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
• A respectful and team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
