Overview

Assistant Retail Manager United Chemists Andergrove QLD. An exciting opportunity for a confident, self-motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at United Chemists Andergrove. You will be a key support to the Retail Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the store and the delivery of exceptional customer service, with a focus on store standards, merchandising and sales, while adhering to company policies and embracing United Chemists values.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through your hands-on and inspiring leadership style.
  • Use visual merchandising flair to create appealing displays, execute marketing campaigns, and maximise sales.
  • Support the Retail Manager in supervising a team of Pharmacy assistants and complete opening and/or closing procedures.
  • Assist with banking reconciliation, stock management, administration and business financial reporting needs.
Qualifications
  • Confident delivering leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Experience working with and achieving budgets and KPI's.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in providing leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer skills including operating POS system.
  • A genuine passion for retail pharmacy; previous pharmacy experience is highly regarded.
  • Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded.
