You'll team up with the Store Manager to keep the store looking fantastic, build an awesome team, manage inventory, and create a welcoming vibe with friendly service that makes a real impact across the community.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations to maintain a high standard of store appearance and customer service.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to ensure the store is well-organised and appealing.
  • Lead and develop a team, support rostering and payroll-related tasks, and contribute to achieving store goals and sales targets.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service to create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Assist with compliance and safety practices, including liquor licensing requirements as applicable.
Qualifications
  • Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments with a willingness to learn our products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy engaging with customers.
  • Experience with admin tasks such as payroll, rostering, inventory management, and maintaining an organised store.
  • RSA certification, or willingness to obtain one if not held.
