Our client is a highly regarded firm with a strong presence across Brisbane, Robina, and the Gold Coast. With 50 years of successful operation and a team of 18 talented professionals, this firm is well-known for its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. The team includes experienced Accredited Specialists who provide mentorship and expert guidance, ensuring a collaborative and professional environment.
About the position:Our client is looking for a passionate Family Lawyer with 2-3 years of post-admission experience to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work on a variety of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, and financial agreements. With the support of experienced lawyers and dedicated legal assistants, you'll gain exposure to high-quality cases and clients.
This role is ideal for a lawyer who is eager to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative workplace. You'll benefit from one-on-one mentorship with Accredited Specialists and opportunities to develop your technical and advocacy skills while contributing to the firm's long-standing reputation for excellence in family law.
Key Requirements:- 2-3 years of PAE in family law (private practice)
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build rapport
- Interest in professional growth and learning from Accredited Specialists
- Ability to manage files with appropriate supervision
