About the Role

As the System Administrator/Developer, you will be a strategic enabler of our enterprise technology landscape, with a primary focus on managing and optimising our ERP platform integrated with the Field Service Management (FSM) module and APIs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless system performance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to support business operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

As one of our go-to NetSuite specialist, you will:

• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to ensure seamless ERP performance.
• Provide expert-level support to internal users across departments.
• Implement system enhancements to optimise business operations and data accuracy.
• Resolve data discrepancies between NetSuite and integrated systems (e.g. FSM, APIs).
• Configure and maintain workflows tailored to evolving business needs.
• Leverage SuiteScript and other tools to integrate modules and automate processes.
• Manage third-party integrations and resolve related issues.
• Support reporting needs across teams, from NetSuite to external platforms.
• Collaborate on cross-brand projects and innovation initiatives.
• Liaise with Oracle and other vendors to resolve support issues and explore new features.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in NetSuite administration, development, and configuration.
• A background in ERP support roles with strong technical and analytical skills.
• Confidence in training and supporting users of varying skill levels.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Experience managing multiple ERP modules, workflows, and reporting tools.
• A strategic approach to business process analysis and optimisation.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Field Service Management (FSM) systems and API integrations.
• Strong modelling skills and knowledge of industry-wide techniques.
