About the role
We are seeking an experienced full time Physiotherapist with a passion for combining treatment with movement education to join our team at Infusion Pilates and Physiotherapy in Carine, Western Australia. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, personalised physiotherapy and exercise services in the form of Pilates, to our diverse client base from young children to seniors and everyone in between. Honesty and integrity are core values at Infusion and being able to work collaboratively in our support team is paramount.

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Physiotherapy
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a private practice
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Pilates equipment training and experience
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to apply evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and ongoing learning
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for each client
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and education
  • Your work day includes a healthy mixture of hands on and exercise therapy
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our physiotherapy services
