MacKillop Catholic College, Warnervale, is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Junior English Teacher. This is a temporary full-time opportunity until the end of the year.

Specific Criteria

  • Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School.
  • Qualified and capable of teaching Junior English.
  • Ability to contribute to the school's Continuous Improvement Cycle and focus on student achievement.
  • Proficient in applying sound pedagogical practices to create engaging learning environments.
  • Skilled in analysing student learning data to ensure growth.
  • Effective in managing safe, supportive learning environments with positive student welfare practices.
  • Willing to contribute to extracurricular activities and the broader school community.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a professional learning community.
  • Proficient in using technology to enhance learning.

Applicants not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4-year training qualification or be enrolled in further study to obtain one.
