The Greenridge Group is seeking a well-rounded individual to join our Print Production Team at our Head Office in Toowoomba. The Greenridge Group is a privately run and well-respected print and communication house with offices in Toowoomba, Brisbane, and Warwick. We work closely with our clients to provide comprehensive print, mail distribution, and fulfilment services. Other services include digital communications, promotional and transactional mail, as well as SMS and email communication services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offset Printer located in Toowoomba, QLD. The Offset Printer will be responsible for operating and maintaining A1 and A2 LEDUV offset printing presses, managing print production processes, and ensuring high-quality output. Daily tasks will include preparing printing materials, setting up and adjusting printing machines, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting printing issues, and collaborating with the print production team to meet deadlines and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and maintain offset printing presses to the highest technical and quality standards.
2. Ensure accurate colour management, consistency, and proper press setup.
3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, quality control, and waste reduction.
4. Work closely with management to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies.
5. Maintain all printing machinery in excellent operational condition, following preventative maintenance schedules.
6. Uphold safe work practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that reflects the values of the business.
8. Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members, leading by example.
