Thredbo Trail Crew

As an MTB Trail Crew team member, you'll be working outdoors assisting with the maintenance, creation and development of our MTB Trails. This role includes continued maintenance of winter trails and duties dependant on work priorities.

• Assist with sweeping of mountain bike trails
• Complete track maintenance and construction according to deadlines
• Assisting with set up and pack down for racing and events
• Assist with duties required in the day-to-day operation of Mountain bike trails including, shovelling, raking, carrying rocks, scrub and tree removal as well as installing signage
• Monitor the protection of the environment through safe and efficient management of operations within your area of responsibility, including identification of and rectification of any situation that could potentially result in damage to the environment
• Revegetate disturbed soil and comply with all environmental policies and procedures

• High to Advanced MTB riding ability
• Valid Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Current First Aid
• Chainsaw Ticket - desirable
