This position is located in: Bathurst

We are seeking a motivated and engaging Facilitator to join our team. You will work within the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program, helping individuals aged 45 and over to build confidence, develop skills, and support their return to work. You will deliver training, provide advice, and assist them in becoming more competitive in the local employment market.

The position is flexible across Bathurst, Orange, Lithgow, and the Central West, with regular travel required.

1. The ability to connect and engage with diverse groups empathetically, motivating and encouraging participants.
2. Experience delivering adult training, adapting methods to meet participant needs.
3. Strong knowledge of the local labour market and understanding of successful job-search strategies.
4. Proficient IT and administrative skills.
5. Enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility, and a positive attitude to help participants achieve employment outcomes.
6. Proven track record in achieving results, KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service.
7. Knowledge of the Employment Services industry (desirable).
