Michael Page have partnered with an industry-leading Australian FMCG business to recruit a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis into their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Client Details

A respected Australian market leader within the FMCG sector, our client has a strong reputation for providing Australian households with fresh, quality produce for almost a century. Due to company growth, the team is now looking to strengthen its Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Description

Reporting into the CFO, this role is responsible for:

  • Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to key business leaders.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
  • Drive process improvements within the FP&A function.

Profile

The successful applicant will possess the following traits:

  • FMCG/small goods industry experience.
  • Expertise in financial modelling and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Detailed understanding of cost management and accounting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
