Key Responsibilities

- Participate in live Zoom training calls 3–4 times per week for ongoing skill development

- Generate high-quality inquiries through strategic online advertising campaigns
- Conduct 5–10 phone interviews daily with qualified candidates
- Guide prospects through a structured qualification process

- 3–5 years of professional work experience in any industry
- Proven ability to manage relationships, drive results, and work independently
- A positive, upbeat attitude with a strong willingness to learn
