Ignite Search Partners is working with an international fast-scaling SaaS business. They are hiring a Client Solutions Engineer to join the Australian team in Sydney, working across sales, product, and customer success teams to help enterprise clients integrate with the platform and unlock its value.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth technical integration for customers.
  • Serve as a technical expert on the platform, helping the sales team by demonstrating how seamless integrations unlock value for prospects.
  • Advise customers on the best technical solutions to meet their unique needs, identifying opportunities to enhance what we offer.
  • Build scalable developer resources such as reusable toolkits, APIs, and SDKs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and other technical resources, like Reference Architectures, to support developers.
  • Work with Support and Technical Operations to resolve customer technical issues.
  • Gather continuous feedback from developers to improve our tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master\'s Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.).
  • Strong technical background in software development, system integration, and creating developer resources.
  • Experience with full-stack web development and cloud architecture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-solving attitude and a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, with a focus on collaborating with developers.
