Food and Beverage Attendants' Leader
$26.71 per hour+ benefits
Sydney, NSW

  • Team Leader position
  • Wednesday to Sunday position (12pm - 7pm Wednesday - Friday, 10am-6pm Sat & Sunday)
  • Close to public transport/subsidised parking on site

From executive dining and contemporary cafes through to barista offerings, grab 'n' go', delis and onsite retail outlets - Eurest is the market leader in providing high quality food and service solutions for our airport lounge, business and industry clients across Australia.

THE ROLE

  • Stock management
  • Taking deliveries, checking temperatures
  • Have or be willing to obtain food safety supervisor certificate
  • Relay feedback from clients
  • Ensuring safe food handling practices are adhered to
  • Provide a warm, professional, friendly, and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
  • Coffee experience preferred but not essential
  • Able to work in a pressurised environment
  • Able to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction, service and cleanliness
  • Able to lead, mentor and supervise staff. Handle customer complaints
  • Closing cafe down

THE PERSON

  • 3-5 years experience in managing a large hospitality venue
  • Microsoft Office, rostering, ordering software experience a bonus
  • HACCP Qualifications advantage
  • Unit Manager or Supervisor experience advantage
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
  • A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
  • Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
