The Company

Our client is looking for a Leasing Consultant to work in collaboration with the Property Management team to ensure low portfolio vacancy rates and source quality tenants for the properties.Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and this opportunity will suit some that is keen to evolve with the industry.

Role & Duties

Scheduling of home opens for all properties across the rent rollConducting viewings, both scheduled and privateCommunications with prospective tenants and landlordsOverseeing application processLiaising with the PM team on application status and new tenantsAssistance to the BDM as necessaryWriting and presenting application summaries to landlordsHandover to PM team for sign-up

About You

A minimum 12 months industry experienceProperty Management Registration - or willingness to obtainUnrestricted WA drivers licenceInitiative, drive & passion for the industryStrong organisational and time-management skills
