The Position

Our innovative service model focuses on delivering the best clinical outcomes for clients. As a Physiotherapist with Empower, you will work with a variety of Musculoskeletal, Neurological and Cardio-respiratory patients. You will deliver Empower Healthcare's comprehensive services in Home Care in South West Sydney (Campbelltown area and surrounds) in a supportive team environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS
  • Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan
  • Educate clients and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community
  • Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication
  • Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports

You will be provided with support from our home care team who will schedule these appointments and plan an efficient route.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own home through home care packages/NDIS
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support client outcomes
  • Educate clients and families to enable community-based healthy living
  • Maintain accurate records and provide patient reports
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
