We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our busy team. This role involves handling high-end furniture, ensuring it's sorted and moved with care, as well as managing warehouse recycling by sorting plastics and flattening cardboard.
Key Responsibilities :- Safely move, store, and load/unload high-end furniture
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse
- Sort plastic materials and flatten cardboard for recycling
- Assist with stock checks and general warehouse duties
- Follow safety procedures and handle items with attention to detail
- Previous warehouse, manual handling, and furniture removalist experience preferred (training provided)
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving large, heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and care in handling valuable products
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Friendly and supportive work environment
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
