Overview

Personal Carer role at Blue Care, part of UnitingCare Queensland. Casual/part-time position available at Beenleigh Aged Care Facility. Remuneration is $35.86 per hour (plus 25% casual loading) + super + not-for-profit salary packaging options, penalties and allowances.

Responsibilities
  • Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
  • Provide care in accordance with the individualised Care Plan
  • Support residents with community-based recreational and social activities
Role Requirements
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
  • Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
