Our Melbourne team is looking forward to welcoming a Junior Project Planner (Analyst) where you'll step into a dynamic role that offers hands-on experience across major projects and the chance to learn from some of the industry's best.

You'll play a key role in supporting senior consultants and project teams with research, data analysis, and preparing client deliverables. With guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, you'll build a strong foundation for your consulting career.

Responsibilities- Supporting the implementation of project plans and contributing to project delivery under the guidance of experienced team members
- Researching, reviewing and analysing data from project records to support the development of client reports and deliverables
- Preparing high-quality documentation, including reports, schedules and presentations for client submissions
- Applying project controls methodologies to help identify challenges and support the development of innovative solutions
- Collaborating effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Helping to drive internal process improvements and supporting general business administration as required
As our successful candidate you'll bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or related field
- Exposure to project management software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Experience using Microsoft applications and software (desirable).
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a collaborative environment
