  What you will do as the Legal Technology Coordinator/Senior Legal Technology Coordinator
  • evidence and document handling: assist with processing with Nuix Workstation and coordination of evidence and case materials for investigation and litigation matters.
  • database administration: maintain and manage Nuix Discover databases, including creating databases, importing and exporting data to comply with document management protocols, indexing, and generating reports.
  • stakeholder communication: provide clear and professional verbal and written communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding eDiscovery and litigation support technologies.
  • administrative and records support: support the LTS team with administrative tasks such as managing shared mailboxes, iManage workspaces, team meetings, task allocation, and records management.
    
    
  About You
  
  In order to succeed in the role, you will have:
  • the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members and stakeholders. Be responsive to changes in stakeholder needs and expectations and proactively offer assistance
  • demonstrated self-motivation, organisation, initiative, flexibility and attention to detail. Take personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work
  • the ability to communicate in written and verbal form in a clear, concise and articulate manner, tailored for the audience
  • the ability to work collaboratively, operate as an effective team member and contribute to achieving outcomes for the team
  • the ability to understand and follow established business processes, demonstrating consistency and attention to detail
  • an understanding of investigation and/or litigation processes in relation to document management, evidence handling or litigation support or ability to quickly acquire that understanding
  • an aptitude for technology and ability to learn new systems quickly. Exposure to, or knowledge of, legal technology and litigation support database software, particularly, Nuix Discover (or similar), Nuix Workstation or MS Access software is an advantage

  Salary: APS5: $89,946 - $95,374 per annum (plus 15.4% superannuation), APS6: $99,562 - $111,590 per annum (plus 15.4% superannuation)
