Linehaul Driver

• Team Global Express is currently seeking a Linehaul Driver to commence immediately at our Garage based in Childers (Bundaberg).
• This is a Full-Time Permanent Position.
• The successful applicant will be employed on a 6 and 5 Roster (Sunday to Friday and then Sunday to Thursday).
• Must be available to commence in the afternoon (approx. 3.30 pm start, hours may vary).
• Must be fit and able to complete a 12-14 hour shift.
• Safely deliver freight from Childers to Brisbane (and back).
• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss, and incident reporting processes.
• Complete regular vehicle pre-start checks.
• There is no set allocation of trucks in this position.
• Compensation includes $0.62 per kilometre (Childers to Brisbane) and $36.57 per hour (for deliveries made in Brisbane).
• 15% superannuation and the ability to accumulate up to 11 RDOs annually.

What you'll bring

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with refrigerated freight is preferred.
• A safety-first approach with consistent demonstration of WHS practices and procedures.
• Valid & current MC Licence.
• BFM Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
