Your new opportunity :

This position will play a vital role in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in property inspections, research and preparation of property sales data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards. Working with Opteon's proprietary property software enables our valuers to minimize time in the field while maximizing data capture. The position is based in Adelaide Metro, with flexible working arrangements supported by a dedicated administration team.

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status or RPV
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
