Responsibilities
  • Focus on the development of market-leading solutions to help organisations navigate changing regulations and complexities in mine closure and asset transition.
  • Shape strategy and direction to open up opportunities and demonstrate the breadth and depth of contaminates land expertise to clients.
  • Collaborate with established, multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes with integrity.
  • Operate with autonomy and leadership backing, supported by available resources to achieve sustainable growth.
  • Work across offices with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Passion, purpose and vision, combining deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Leading advisor in contaminated land and remediation solutions with a strong desire to build business in mine closure, asset transition and rehabilitation.
  • Track record of reading the market, identifying opportunities, and developing solutions and services that translate to business growth in a consulting environment.
  • Client-centric approach with the ability to nurture long-term relationships and expand networks to unlock opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and changes impacting the mining industry.
  • Collaborative mindset that harnesses strengths and values diversity to drive ideation and results.
