Store Manager in Training - Northern New Brunswick (including Tracadie, Atholville, and Bathurst)

We're looking for Talented Passionate Leaders with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales. As a Manager in one of our stores, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction:

What you'll do:

1. Anticipate the needs of our customers and put them first in all that you do.
2. Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth.
3. Be involved in community initiatives to build long term relationships with the community.
4. Be committed to maintaining merchandising, operational standards and be accountable for financial objectives.
5. Manage the day to day operations of the store.
6. Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy.
7. Constantly lookout for industry trends, propose and implement unique ideas.

What you'll need:

1. Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty and community relationships.
2. Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement and retention.
3. Experience managing overall store operations within the grocery industry.
4. Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results.
5. Commitment to delivering consistent results, everyday.
6. A strong network in the industry and community.

Bilingualism is considered beneficial (French/English).
